Our new virtual modality allows anywhere access to our flagship program, Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders, and drastically reduces the cost of attending The Center for Leadership Studies' courses. Day 1: Participants will receive an overview of basic leadership concepts, the Situational Leadership® Model and the elements of Performance Readiness®.
