The Center for Leadership Studies now offers Virtual Certification for trainers to deliver Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders Virtual from anywhere they choose. We understand that the modern workforce is comprised of remote staff and geographically spread teams and that getting learners together in a classroom is no longer the most practical learning environment. Our virtual certification workshops enable organizations to send their trainers for certification in Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders Virtual without the added expenses of travel and time out of office. |
The Right Leadership Style for the Situation
The Center for Leadership Studies is pleased to now offer virtual certification for trainers to deliver our flagship program, Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders Virtual, from anywhere they choose without the added expenses of travel time and costs. Our flagship program has been completely redesigned into a virtual modality that provides the same impact as our traditional, in-person instructor-led course but with new technology-enabled enhancements like breakout rooms, chats and polling. In addition, the course is broken up into six sessions with a three-part case study activity to give participants ample opportunity to practice the Situational Leadership® Model. |
Virtual Certification is a three-step process that includes:
Step 1: Trainers are required to attend a workshop session to experience the course as a participant in advance of the virtual certification.

Step 2: Trainers are guided through the virtual course’s Leader’s Guide and learn how to effectively and accurately deliver the content.

Step 3: Trainers perform teach-back segments of the program and receive feedback from our Certified Master Trainer.

The certification course will teach you how to master the content and enable you to deliver it across your organization. Please note that Virtual Certification requires attendance in a Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders Virtual workshop where trainers experience the program as participants in advance of the remote certification. Your Account Manager will assist in scheduling this event. Day 1: Trainers are led through the virtual Leader’s Guide and learn to effectively and accurately deliver the course content. Day 2: Trainers perform teach-back segments of the program and receive feedback from our Certified Master Trainer. You will have the opportunity to choose when to schedule and complete your second day of certification.
