The Center for Leadership Studies offers multiple ways to become a certified trainer.
Building leaders at your organization is paramount to the long-term success and sustainment of your company. Many companies choose to certify their own trainers to deliver leadership training, which allows for full deployment across multiple audiences and broad adoption of the curriculum. In order to meet the changing global dynamics of the modern workforce, The Center for Leadership Studies offers several options to certify your trainers, allowing for maximum flexibility when certifying and deploying Situational Leadership® programs across your organization.
New Remote Certification Options to Deliver In-Person Training.
The Center for Leadership Studies is pleased to offer remote certification for trainers to deliver Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders in a classroom setting within their organization. We recognize the cost of certification can become challenging when adding up time out of office, travel and other factors. While we truly believe our in-class certification process results in the highest mastery of content and delivery, we know that flexibility is sometimes needed to roll out Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders and develop leaders in your organization.
Please note that remote certification requires attendance in Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders (in-class or virtual), where trainers experience the program as participants in advance of the remote certification class. |
Remote Certification is a two-day training event that includes:
- Day 1: Trainers are led through the Leader’s Guide and learn to effectively and accurately deliver the course content
- Day 2: Trainers perform teach-back segments of the program and receive feedback from our Certified Master Trainer
