Managing Collaboration
Leading Teams: A Situational Approach equips managers of teams with the Situational Leadership® Model as a tool to promote cooperation and an understanding of the individual personalities, interpretations, opinions and skill levels within a team. Participants explore the differences between groups and teams and how to develop the influence skills and tactics to transform diverse groups of individuals into successful, high-functioning, cohesive units.
