- Day 1: Participants will receive an overview of basic leadership concepts, the Situational Leadership® Model and the elements of Performance Readiness®. [4 hours]
- Day 2: Participants will take a deep dive into Performance Readiness®, matching leadership style and development and regression. [4.5 hours]
